• Fold the accent in half lengthwise, wrong sides together, press.
• Lay the cuff fabric right side up, raw edge on top, selvages down the sides.
• Lay the folded accent piece on top of cuff, lining up raw edges.
• Stitch with quarter inch seam allowance

• Even up the cut ends of the main fabric.
• Lay the main fabric right side down and line up raw edges.
• From the opposite end (or bottom) roll the edges of the main fabric up so the cuff shows.

• Take bottom edge of cuff and line up with raw edges and pin.

• Sew across the width over the pinned seam.
• This will form a tube. Reach in the tube, pull out the main fabric.

• Press well. (I skipped this part!)
• With wrong sides together sew a scant 1/4" seam across bottom (opposite cuff) and down side.

• Turn wrong side out and stitch a generous 1/4" seam along bottom and side.

• Turn right side out and press.
